Blue Nile Jewelry Partners With Xiu.com
To distribute its jewelry in China...Blue Nile selected Xiu.com, a shopping website serving China, as its exclusive third-party online distributor for fashion jewelry in Mainland China.
The jeweler’s presence on Xiu.com launched January 18, marking its official entrance to the marketplace in Mainland China.
Blue Nile stated that Chinese consumers may select from thousands of its jewelry items, including gemstone, gold, silver, platinum and pearl accessories. Blue Nile also offers products aimed at business professionals, such as cufflinks, business card holders, tie clips and key rings. Prices range from the equivalent of about $20 to $160,000.
“Blue Nile has a strong and growing international presence, and the company has identified China as a core market in which to continue that growth,” said Vijay Talwar, Blue Nile’s president and international general manager.
“Cooperation with a leading Chinese luxury shopping site is an effective way to enter the Mainland China market.”
