Designer Michael Spirito has launched a jewelry portal on private web retailer Taigan.com.

Michael Spirito [Left]Spirito is known for his regal, rock-inspired wearable art jewelry that is also available on his own website and at Sears.com. His jewelry pieces are hand-made and generally incorporate edgy and organic styles.

The Spirito fine jewelry collection on Taigan.com combines oxidized sterling silver melded with pure gold, and feature a mélange of colored sapphires, diamonds, rubies, vibrant tsavorite, fire opals and rainbow moonstones.

Spirito won the Gen Art Design Vision award in 2001 for his first jewelry collection and he was inducted into the Council of Fashion Designers of America in 2007.
