Hearts On Fire has discontinued its case against De Beers Diamond Jewelers, according to court papers filed in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, on October 13.

Hearts On Fire AdvertisingThe case, launched August 3, claimed De Beers’ retail chain had infringed on its “Sublime” mark. No court papers have been filed since then.

In the “notice of dismissal with prejudice,” both sides agreed to bear their own attorney fees, and to waive their rights to appeal.
